We understand that plans can change, but as a small business, we rely on confirmed bookings to prepare for each guest’s stay. Please read our cancellation terms carefully before booking.

Cancellation Terms

✅ 100% Refund (minus 5% cancellation fee) — if cancelled 30 days or more before check-in.

• We will refund the full reservation amount, less a 5% processing fee to cover transaction costs.

   

❌ 0% Refund — if cancelled less than 30 days before check-in.

• However, if we are able to rebook your unit for the same dates, we will issue a full refund, less the 5% processing fee.

   

Important Notes

• The 5% cancellation fee applies to cover nonrefundable processing and administrative costs.

   

• Cleaning fees and taxes will always be refunded in full if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.

   

• Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at booking.

   

Early Departure / Shortened Stay

If you leave early after check-in or reduce the length of your stay, no refund will be provided for unused nights.

Force Majeure / Emergency Exceptions

In rare cases (e.g., natural disasters, government-mandated evacuations, or severe illness with documentation), we reserve the right to issue exceptions or credits at our discretion.

Cancellation Process

To cancel, guests must notify us in writing (email or booking platform message) with the reservation details. The date we receive your cancellation notice determines eligibility.
